How To Get Your Event Added
Embed The Calendar On Your Website
**NOTE: Events may be postponed or cancelled due to concerns regarding COVID-19. The Chamber will continue to do our best to keep this calendar current: to confirm that an event will take place as planned, please contact the event organizer.

We want to support your event by helping to spread the word through our Community Events Calendar.

To submit your event, please:

 

  1. Check to see if your event is already listed on our calendar (below).
  2. If it’s not, email the event details + a photo to calendar@cvchamber.ca
  3. We will review your event details to make sure all the critical information is there, then add it to our calendar.

If you have any questions, please email us at: calendar@cvchamber.ca. If you already have a Facebook Event page for your event, you can simply email us the link to the Facebook Event page.

The Chamber’s online community events calendar can be added to YOUR business’s or organization’s website.

Step 1: Contact the Chamber.

Please include your contact information, the name of your business/organization, and your website.

Step 2: Embed the code.

We will provide you with some lines of html code to add to the page where you want the calendar to appear on your website.

If you need help adding the code to your site, we can put you in touch with Valley residents who can help you set this up.
